Shipping policy
UK DELIVERY
We aim to post purchases within 2-3 working days of receiving cleared payment. We post all our products with Royal Mail, our standard mail is sent RM48 but you can upgrade to RM24 if you prefer. Please select this when placing your order.
If you're in the UK we estimate your purchase will arrive within 3 working days from dispatch using RM48 and 2 working days using RM24.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide, however if you are based in the EU we ask that you please place your order via our Etsy storefront: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/WitandWisdomUK - as Etsy helps with the additional documentation and processes now required to ship from the UK to the EU.
If you're overseas delivery timing can vary depending on your location but for example: for US-based customers your order should arrive within 7-10 from the date of dispatch. If you're in the EU (and placing your order via our Etsy storefront) it will generally take 5-7 days for your order to arrive from the date of dispatch. All overseas deliveries are sent using a tracked service.
DAMAGES
We always package our products carefully so that they reach you in good condition.
On the rare occasion an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the damage. We will then be in touch to resolve this for you. We do not usually request damaged items to be returned to us, but please do not dispose of any items until we have been in touch to confirm we will not require it returning.
RETURNS
Please note - if you wish to return your order, the cost of the return postage will not be refunded by us unless the item is faulty. This also applies to any international delivery charges.
When returning an item, we ask that you please use the original packaging and ensure it’s packed really well. We ask this so the item arrives back with us in perfect condition. For more information about our returns process please see our Returns page.
If an item is returned to us because it has not been collected from the sorting office, is addressed incorrectly, or has been marked 'return to sender' we will pass on the costs we incur from Royal Mail. This will either be done by invoicing you for the additional costs alongside the extra postage costs in sending this back out to you, or by deducting the cost from the refund. We do not look to make money from this, we simply need to cover the costs that Royal Mail charge us for these services.
